Only think about the dollar signs. Not the students. It was all about the money. Too many webinars, phone conferences, and meetings. Didnt allow us to get our workdone in a timelt fashion. For a company that is supposed to be about families and youth they do not consider their own staff’s family.

The review above is not my experience with Michael Kelley, but it closely mirrors mine. I also had to partake in trainings and similar wastes of time.

Online reviews aren’t objective and tend to be positively skewed, hence the need for a more inclusive and fair representation of reviews left for the Sylvan Center where I worked.

Summary of my grievance against Mike Kelley

I endured unwanted tongue gestures four times at Sylvan Learning Center in St. Paul, MN, from two employees. The last incident occurred during a meeting held to resolve the first three, and this came after the second employee, a manager, was apprised of similar unwanted gestures occurring to me more frequently than average.

Different address, same sexual ethics

When I last worked there, Mike Kelley’s Sylvan St. Paul center was located at 610 Snelling Ave. S Saint Paul, MN 55116, but is now listed at 614 Snelling Ave. S Saint Paul, MN 55116.

Same block, same management, same sexual ethics, same adamant refusal to be held accountable.
